The huge Eiffel Tower was installed in 1889 and was designed by Alexandre Gustave. The first storey of the Eiffel Tower is 57 meters high, which tourists can reach by elevator or by climbing 360 steps. The first and second floors offer spectacular views. Its last part is 276 meters high, to go up to which you will need an elevator. You can see a spectacular view of Paris from the Eiffel Tower. There are also world famous restaurants inside it where you can enjoy delicious food.

The Arc de Triomphe is located at the western end of the Champs-Élysées, in the center of Place Charles de Gaulle. The arc honors those who fought for France, especially during the Napoleonic Wars. The names of all the generals and battles fought are inscribed on the inside and top of the arch. There are inscriptions on the ground beneath the vault of the arch, including the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier of World War I and the Memorial Flame, making the Arc de Triomphe a patriotic place for Parisians. The monument is 164 feet high and 148 feet wide. Climb the stairs for a beautiful view of the Elysian Fields and the square that branches off from the arc in a star shape, giving it the historic name Place de l'Etoile (Square of the Star). The Sainte-Chapelle is a famous place to visit in Paris as it is one of the greatest Gothic masterpieces in Christendom. The Sainte-Chapelle has two superimposed sanctuaries: the lower chapel and the upper chapel. The Sainte-Chapelle is famous for its 15 exquisite stained glass windows that are nearly 50 feet high and feature over 1,000 biblical scenes from both the Old Testament and the New Testament. The convergence of pointed arches on the ceiling create beautiful shapes and shadows, highlighted by a deep blue and gold starry night sky. The chapel was the former residence of the King of France. Built in the 13th century, the Sainte-Chapelle is an architectural wonder that did not suffer significant damage during the French Revolution and was restored in the 19th century.
